HULL MODEL BOAT GROUP  CHARITY SHOWS  2006.
All of the group look forward to our yearly charity events: We all participate on the day in the erection of gazebos and tombola stand, all to aid our local Charities and promote our hobby.
The Hull Model Boat Group was formed in 2000. We had our first charity event at the Hull Show and raised £143.00 for our local charities.14 shows later still going strong with a total sum raised of £1725.00.

Sea Shanty Festival 2006.
HULL MODEL BOAT GROUP. Located next to the PUMP HOUSE.
Hull Marina, a former dock,
 provides the perfect setting for a weekend celebration of the city’s proud
maritime heritage with open-air performances of Sea Shanties and Sea Songs.
The city has shared an affinity with the sea spanning many
centuries and examples of traditional barges and sailing craft which once
worked the region’s rivers and waterways will be on show.
Activities also include Shanty workshops, street theatre, maritime
 woodcarving, traditional maritime crafts and arts, and maritime
stalls. ALL WELCOME FREE ADMISSION. Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd of September 2006

Hull Show 2006.
MODEL BOAT SHOW SCALE/SAIL AT HULL SHOW 2006,
